F.C. Bickert Company, INC. is a family owned corporation. Fred and Andrea Bickert began the company in 1974 in Hayward, California. They moved their business to Red Bluff in the early 1990's, where it remains today. The company is owned and operated by Fred Bickert Jr. (Their son), William Groom (Their son in law), and its original founders, Fred and Andrea Bickert. We specialize in exterior lath and plaster (stucco), as well as all other appropriate plaster applications and products.
