Facilitator for Change Ethiopia (FCE) is a national non-governmental organization established and registered at Ministry of Justice in Ethiopia in 1998 with certificate number 139 and signed operational agreement with Disaster Prevention and Preparedness Agency. According to the existing government policy the organization renews its certificate of registration and operational agreement on three years basis.FCE is not profit making organization.
