The Local 26 IBEW-NECA Joint Trust Funds (the "Plans") are employee benefit plans administered pursuant to a collective bargaining agreement between the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local Union No. 26 and the National Electrical Contractors Association--Washington D.C. Chapter. The Plans are jointly administered (labor and management) Taft-Hartley trust funds and are subject to the provisions of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 ("ERISA"), as amended.
