The field that accepts times can accept either numbers alone, or numbers with colon and period formatting. Read the instructions at the bottom of the page when entering times. (The website will get better error checking in the future, but it's kind of fragile right now and doesn't inform you gracefully but puts up a scary-looking "error" page.
