Over fifty years ago a group of Surf Fishermen, desiring to save and protect a way of life they enjoyed, joined together to form a fishing Club. This Club was called Delaware Beach Buggy Association, later changed to Delaware Mobile Surf-Fishermen, Inc.Over its 50 plus years of existence, the DMS has helped to protect the rights of all fishermen from the encroachments of those who would ban fishing all together.
