The energetic CTI group analyzed Commonwealth tax laws, and performed data conversion and detailed program design using IBM 3081/MVS, TSOL/ISPF, ROSCOE, LIBRARIAN, CICS, COBOL, FORTRAN, DBASE III+ and VSAM.
