In July 1969 I loaded my 1965 Chevrolet with all my family and started out on our family vacation. Little did I know that this would be one of those rare times where a vacation would last for years. We headed north through East Texas to the state of Arkansas, passing through such well known places as Booger Holler , Blanchard’s Bluff, Pickle Gap and Dogpatch U.S.A, into a quite little town called Branson Missouri.
