Bruce J. Winick is Director of the Therapeutic Jurisprudence Center, Silver-Rubinstein Distinguisued Professor of Law and Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, where he has taught since 1974. He is an internationally known scholar and lecturer. Winick also has had a long career as a civil rights lawyer, and frequently serves as an expert witness on a variety of law-related issues.
