We have training sessions on Tuesdays, Thursday, Friday and Saturday and run both kids and adult classes. The sessions are a mixture of working towards gradings, improve technique in both points and continous fighting and some fitness. Please feel free to contact us for more details or if you are thinking of joining, with no limitation on ability. Feel free to come and join us, first training night is free and then its pay and you go.
