- My name is Cory and I was born and raised in PEI Canada. I have lived in multiple parts of Canada but have landed back on beautiful Prince Edward Island to raise my family with my wonderful wife Janet. I love food and everything about it. I am constantly thinking about food, reading about food, trying new interesting and exciting ways to prepare food and of course eating food. Ever since I was a little boy - I have always been fascinated with food. From the days of helping my mom bake in the kitchen to preparing large family meals for a crowd - something about pleasing people with food really excites me.
