Down the road

I am having a mid-life crisis, a blogger’s mid-life crisis. What’s the point? What should I blog about? Yet, out of habit, a remark from WC, and guilt, I will update you on the road ahead.

I have resumed training for the marathon since coming back. It is amazing how unfit one becomes after just one month. You might be brushing that statement aside. But my wedding ring had emigrated from the ring finger to the index finger when I came back to Singapore because during the first night back in Singapore as I slept, my ring finger was throbbing and was turning purple. I quickly lubricated the ring with detergent and shifted the wedding ring to the index finger. So remember, if you ever see my wedding ring on my pinkie, you know I’m getting fat.

At the San Francisco airport fretting over the water which I had preciously hoarded from WWDC. Due to the high security alert, no forms of liquid (even my wife’s hand cream) is allowed in your hand-carry bag. Bah.
