William Hill Winery and Vineyard, a pioneering vineyards in Central Otago, In 1973 Bill & Gillian Grant planted Pinot Noir clones from Pommard and Dijon with the first commercial production in 1987 which was quickly sold from the small vineyard. William Hill lies on the western outskirts of Alexandra where in the sun soaked, sandy location and the dry summers combine to produce quality fruit and award winning Wines.
