Description
SuperQuad founder Brian M. Watwood is a native Californian. Brought up in rural settings, Brian gravitated towards natural environ sports in his youth.
Later, Brian became a professional ski patrolman and an expert in mountain search and rescue, survival, avalanche control and the use of explosives. He was awarded the highest rankings for his skills and accomplishments in the elite niche of professional ski patrolman.
In 1987, Brian was critically injured in a bicycle accident which left him as a quadriplegic. Initially paralyzed from the neck down, Brian was confined to and dependent upon wheelchairs throughout the first years of his rehabilitation.
