White Fields specializes in providing collaborative start-up support to pastors planting local churches among their own people in other parts of the world. Collaborative: We support men who will work with the accountability, oversight, and encouragement provided by a nearby sending church, denomination, or missionary team. We do not support men who want to work independently. Start-up support: White Fields is committed to developing strong self-supporting national churches.
