West River Electric is experiencing outages in the Sturgis/Bear Butte areas. The line crews will be out again on Saturday to continue repairs to the broken wires and poles, visibility and weather conditions have slowed the progress in repairs. We had a lot of line breaks dues to the ice that built up on the electric lines beginning on Wednesday.
