We are proud to say that our cutting surfaces are made in England. We never have, and never will go down the route of importing our products. Everything we produce is assembled by our skilled craftsmen from start to finish, meticulously ensuring first class standards. Our butchers blocks are made from only the best quality FSC certified hardwoods, usually Canadian rock maple or European Beech. The timber is kiln dried to the appropriate moisture content then put together using high grade food safe adhesives, ensuring a robust end product that will stand the test of time.
