- The idea for WallMonkeys came to me a few months ago while flying home from a business trip. I was filling out one of those envelopes for my son’s baseball team. I couldn’t believe I was about to order another baseball card magnet that sticks on my fridge. (You know, the one with the oh-so fake background of some major league stadium.) There had to be something better to order. There wasn’t. Then I started to think about the Fathead commercials I saw on TV. Derek Jeter and A-Rod may be very cool (yes, I am a HUGE Yankees fan), but my son and daughter are COOLER! And since neither Mr. Jeter nor Mr. Rodriguez lives in my house, I don’t really care to put them on my wall.
