Long recognized as one of the premier legal recruiters in Texas, Kay served as VP and Manager of the Legal Division of a large Dallas search firm for nearly 12 years before forming WPI in 1998. The recipient of many of the top industry awards in Dallas and throughout the state of Texas, Kay’s practice has expanded regionally and nationally almost exclusively through referrals and recommendations from her strong client base. In addition to attorney recruiting, recent assignments have included a number of non-legal executive, management, and staff positions, particularly in Human Resources. Kay earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Indiana University.
Prior to forming WPI in 1998, Steve was a senior recruiter for a large Dallas search firm, and before that served as marketing VP for one of the nation’s largest search organizations. At WPI, Steve has established a strong national practice, focusing largely on in-house Attorneys, Human Resources, and Marketing Communications. In addition, he has conducted a number of searches in areas such as Technical, Sales/Marketing and Financial, including a six-month retained assignment for multiple tax and accounting positions with a multinational company. His clients have included major companies in the high-tech, retail, health care, energy, financial services, construction, and manufacturing industries. Steve has a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania.
