Ismael comes to CU SoCal with over 20 years of financial services experience, 15 of these in the credit union industry. Starting as a branch manager, he has held positions that focused on Member service, branch operations, training and development, policies and procedures, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance. As Vice President of Service and Development, Ismael will be responsible for maintaining and raising service levels in addition to implementing new staff education and training programs.

“My goal is to be able to support CU SoCal’s commitment to world-class service and exceed Member and employee expectations by enhancing its service programs and measurement systems. In addition, I plan to develop comprehensive training and development curriculums in order to deliver “World-Class Training” throughout the credit union,” stated Ismael.
