Welcome to the home of Volunteer miniature donkeys. We are located in Eastern Kentucky between Huntington, West Virginia; Pikeville, Kentucky and Lexington, Kentucky. We became interested with miniature donkeys while trying to help a friend find what he said was a blue donkey to guard his goats. After several weeks and hundreds of web sites and questions, we found out there is not a blue donkey, but that it refers to a grayish color donkey of all sizes.
