St Albans Museums Service manages the two museums, Verulamium and the Museum of St Albans, the medieval clock tower and Sopwell Nunnery, the Old Town Hall, a field archaeology unit and any excavations carried out by the unit. St Albans Museums Service is wholly owned and managed by St Albans District Council.
There are 28 staff split between these locations who specialise in a wide range of disciplines such as conservation, archaeology and curatorial services. If you wish to contact a member of staff you can email them directly or use our enquiry form for more general enquiries.
