- Value Homes delivered its first manufactured home on January 2nd of 2000. However, our management history dates back to 1979. In the spring of 1979, Valley View Homes began doing business in Pineville, MO. For over twenty years the future management team of Value Homes supplied quality mobile homes to the 4-state area of southwest Missouri. In January of 2000 the owner of Valley View Homes retired and turned the new company, Value Homes, over to the previous managers.
