UtterlyBoring.com is produced by Jake Ortman (e-mail, resume), a 28-year-old dad, drummer, freelance Web designer, consultant and jack-of-all-trades computer geek, living in Bend, Oregon. He created this site in the hopes that his expensive journalism and technology degree isn't getting wasted. In addition to editing this, he also contributes to the FreeRealty project, the Dada Mail project, and is the IT Director and Marketing guy at Sunray. Barney Lerten, Assistant News Director at KTVZ, has been designated Copy Chief and he'll occasionally fix stupid typos and errors in Jake's posts. So if there are errors, blame him.

Originally, Jake Ortman created utterlyboring.com as a personal site that would host his resume, portfolio, and the like, but it's slowly blossomed into something bigger, and he's decided to split things up a bit -- resume, portfolio and all that fun stuff, over at his personal site (which will be coming soon), while the blog that everybody has come to love will be posted at UtterlyBoring.com. The site you see now is a result of that split.
