User Interviews
What (summary)
The ability to pose a set of questions to users. It would be nice to be able to do this either on site exit with a pop under (yes, I know this is tacky), or in some other way. We should be able to specify and change questions and record results. It would be great to be able to quickly get N number of responses from Y type of user. For example, "let's ask these four questions of the next 1,000 anonymous users who exit the site", or "let's ask these five questions of the next 2,000 users as they log in".
Think about this: We have 150,000 visitors to the site on an average day. So we could poll a fairly large group of users very quickly and then re-poll as often as we need to.
Why this is important
Understanding our users is critical to serving them better and making the site more usable will increase adoption dramatically.
