UKDivers.com is a fairly new UK scuba divers web site first started in November 2000 and reincarnated as UKDivers.com on the 25th February 2002.
The site first kicked off as a fairly basic dive web site, with a list of links to other UK Diving related web sites.
Trawling the web made me realise that a large majority of sites were commercially based, took forever to download (because of all the ads), looked and felt amateurish or were just plain boring. Fortunately the standard has increased ten fold in the last couple of years.
