- The TOSC was organized to promote social, recreational, civic, and charitable activities. Our organization is dedicated to improving the quality of life, not only for our members, but for our base and local communities. Our fund-raising events, held bi-annually, allow us to make a large number of cash donations throughout the year to many local and national organizations that enrich the lives of our military families and specifically to “Team Tyndall”. Our fund-raising activities also enable us to award scholarships to graduating high school seniors and military spouses.
