- I have been an avid fan of The Weather Channel since I first started watching it in 1993 when the East Coast experienced what became known as the 1993 Superstorm. My interest in TWC continued through the 90's, which in my opinion is the best period in TWC's history. In the early 2000's I decided to search the net for sites devoted to the Weather Channel, and found TWC Classics, which is now the premier site for fans of the classic TWC. Though my interest in TWC had ceased in the early 2000's I became keenly aware of the fact that there had never been a site devoted to TWC as we've known it since 2000. Finally, I decided to take the plunge into web design this year and the outcome is what you see. I hope that you enjoy the site and forum. My ultimate goal is to make this site the premier site for fans of TWC as we've known it since 2000. As always,if you have anything you'd like to contribute to the site, please contact me!
