- Triple R Guitar first started in 1995. Randal Ray Robertson, the owner and President of the company, had worked for a competitor for 10 years. His father was the Senior Music professor at the local community college for over 25 years. Randy has an extensive musical background, as a youth he participated in choir, chorus and band. He started playing guitar at age 10 and fell in love with guitar instantly. Influenced from Grand Funks’ Mark Farner, Black Sabbaths' Toni Iommi, and ZZ Tops' Billy Gibbons, Randy learned quickly and was a natural.
