Trinity's Head Division, a leading supplier of heads for the Western Hemisphere, is part of the Industrial business segment. Heads are manufactured at U. S. plants located in Navasota, TX, and Quincy, IL. At these sites Trinity maintains an inventory of stock heads that are available for shipment within twenty-four hours of order receipt. In order to provide faster delivery performance for custom heads, the Head Division maintains a stock of carbon steel plates and stainless steel plates. In addition, Trinity operates plants in Mexico where heads are produced in the following two cities - Huehuetoca and Monclova.
Extensive production capability at Trinity provides a full range of head sizes from 6" diameter through the largest designs for field erected tanks. Heads are available in thicknesses from .094" at the Quincy facility through 7" thick hot pressed heads at the Navasota plant. Trinity produces heads in all commonly specified engineered materials.
