- Jeff Wunderlich is the author of Trans. He is an experienced software engineer, and has worked in the Computer Science field for over 20 years. Jeff has worked on Artificial Intelligence systems at IBM, designed real-time robotic software and simulators, consulted for many companies, and even had his own company in the 1990's. He has ongoing interests in AI, Artificial Life, and Dynamic Programming Languages. Over the years, he has designed and developed several embedded dynamic language compilers and interpreters of various sizes and types. Jeff holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Pace University, NY, and a B.S. in Chemistry from Ursinus College, PA.
