SMART-TRANSFER® is a financial management program uniquely designed to allow its members to manage, at their own convenience, funds designated for family remittances to best of class payout partners in Latin America and the Caribbean and for long distance calls to anywhere in the world from North America, by using a toll-free 1-800 number. The SMART-TRANSFER® program provides 24-hour access for account management and fund transfers through the INTERNET.

Please note that Smart-Transfer® is only intended for those individuals who send the money (REMITTERS). Individuals receiving the Money (BENEFICIARIES) do not need to have or apply for a Smart-Transfer® card/account. If your beneficiary resides in Cuba they will continue to your family remittances on a Transcard. For those individuals receiving the money at any other country in our remittance service destinations, we request specific information according to the country and the type of service available.
