The Top Hi-Fi Shop was started by Bruce Kirkby and Graham Walker in a tiny 900 square foot shop in Manchester Street, Christchurch in November 1988.
Bruce and Graham had spent many years working in and managing some of Christchurch’s most popular hifi stores, but always wanted to ‘do it their way’, and so the Top Hi-Fi Shop was born.
