Note: Satan is "ONE" created being, he is not Omniere Present like God/Jesus/Holy Spirit and there for when you go to binding Satan up in the name of Jesus we should see peace over the whole earth, the end of death, sin etc...
But then Jesus did say "go ye into all the world and cast out devils" OH WAIT!!! Jesus said "Go ye into all the world and preach this gospel (Good News)
