Title

Todd and Penguin--the comic strip

Description

Todd is the kind of guy who gets stuck in the longest lines, has his cable go out at the end of every important sporting event, and never has things go his way. In other words, your average loser. A bit on the nuerotic side, Todd has never really been able to relax and enjoy life. After getting into a car accident and nearly dying, Todd decided to stop waiting to seize the day and asked Holly to marry him. At first she said no, to pursue her dream job abroad, but gave it up to come back to the States and be with Todd. Holly is the opposite to Todd in many ways. She is optimistic, artistic, carefree, and... well, fun. Holly works as a columnist at a fashion magazine after turning down a higher paying job to run a magazine in England to be with Todd. She finds in Todd an honesty that no other man she's met has. She isn't without her faults, though, prone to irrational mood swings that confuse Todd to no end.

Penguin is a naive, cookie-loving, childish type of bird who frequently gets into trouble for things like putting dish soap in the dishwasher and flooding the house, calling every exterminator in town to get rid of a few ants, and other calamties caused by misguided good intentions. He can usually be found waiting for cookies at the school bus stop, watching TV, or drawing his webcomic, 'Super Penguin', which gets roughly 4 visitors per day.

The handsome guy at his side is Mr. Bear. He's a bit on the quiet side, though that doesn't stop Penguin from blaming him when Todd wants to know who got cookie crumbs all over the couch. He's good at keeping secrets, his advice to Penguin usually involves mauling something, and he enjoys eating pizza bones.
