Description
My name is Chuck Cabena, and I was a Master Technician for various Toyota dealerships for 15 years. The dealership was always talking about "Customer Service", but was giving very little of it. Customer Service did, and still does, take a back seat to the financial bottom line at the Dealership.
I was tired of seeing the customer get poor service, so I decided to open my own shop and do it my way. That was in 1997, and things have worked out well. I have lived by the philosophy that you should treat people the way you want to get treated yourself. This has kept a strong repeat customer base for me.
I am here to give you the whole ball of wax: High quality - warranted repairs, a fair price and the respect that you deserve.
