Thomas Murray was established in 1994 and is based in Piccadilly, London. Its core activities have involved assisting institutional investors to evaluate and select custodian banks. In early 2001 we launched a new online eRFP tool, CustodianSelect, which created a significantly more efficient and streamlined process. The use of the latest technologies with the methodologies and knowledge that has been built up reviewing €2.4 trillion of assets, provides institutional investors with a unique and powerful service.
TM Investor Services is a part of the Thomas Murray group of companies. The ownership of the group vests predominantly with its directors and staff, with the balance held by a number of institutional and private investors.
TM Investor Services exclusively aims at satisfying the needs of Institutional Investors and we have established a separate company to allow that focus to take place. The management team and governance structure allows for complete independence and avoids any potential conflicts of interest that might arise. This also allows us to be positioned neutrally in working with business partners, who provide services and products to Institutional Investors.
