People continue to ask me where the name for the product "TJ" came from. This was a family nickname from the time I was a little girl and just stuck with me over the years. I thought it was the perfect name for the product that we manufactured, it was personal and had meaning to me. All of the products are manufactured under our Food , Manufacturer's license from the state of Texas, which was no easy task. You do not realize how much time and effort goes into getting one of these until you've been there, but that's a good thing for everyone involved, especially the customer.
