- At the age of 35, Nikki currently serves as the Vice President of Labor Relations for Northwest Airlink/Pinnacle Airlines, Inc. where she represents the airline before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. She is also responsible for overseeing the management of cases assigned to outside counsel, and manages a staff of attorneys and other professionals in matters concerning employment law and contract administration. In addition, she works daily with the airline’s unions to insure that the interest of the employee and management groups are met in the most effective and efficient manner.
