About ThoroughbredRehabilitationCentRe.co.uk

The Thoroughbred Rehabilitation Centre rehabilitates thoroughbred ex-racehorses with the aim of re-homing them to loan homes for the rest of their lives. The TRC is the original UK charity dedicated to the welfare of ex-racehorses. Established in 1991 and gaining charitable status in 1993, the TRC is now regarded as the role model of racehorse rehabilitation. The TRC was founded by Carrie Humble whose work was recognised by her being awarded the MBE in the summer of 2003.
