Unlike a larger yoga class where you need to follow the group to keep up, here, you will learn all the tiny ways your body needs to move to lengthen and release into a pose. This happens because Celeste’s laser focused attention spots all the ways your body can fake a pose and then she helps you to get real. Sounds tough? Yeah, it often is, but she is prone to compassionate moments.
