- Ask them to take another 90 seconds to brainstorm ideas for action with their other neighbor
- Have a microphone on a stand that folks can queue up to and share their ideas with the crowd
- On the screen compose a wiki page in real time where we distill the ideas that are being generated by the crowd
- Label the ideas A,B,C ...
- On the back wall include a big sheet of paper also labeled A,B,C ...
- As people leave the theater they can affix commitment stickers with their contact information to the ideas they wish to support
- We create a consensus poll for each action that gets some minimum support and help those folks self organize to execute
