- After graduating from University (Sociology and Economics), Jennifer began working for Procter & Gamble as a n egotiator and facilitator. Because of her adventurous nature, she lived on a sailboat, which exposed her to molds and chemicals and resulted in serious health deterioration. Despite her designation as a Personal Trainer, she experienced food addictions, stress and migraines and later became chronically il l with fatigue and depression. After 5 years of suffering, Jennifer discovered specific philosophies of a pplied b iochemistry and leading edge mind/body techniques to transform her own life and heal her body. Her resulting expertise in the areas of Science of Thought and Holistic Nutrition has blossomed into the only Life Make-Over Coaching Practice in Canada. Jennifer created and facilitates The Holistic Practitioner Mentorship Course ™ and Get Out of Your Own Way ™ for people across North America.
