The Salad Girl line of dressings started at a local farmers market in 2006, The Mill City Market, and grew onto the shelves of 150 co-ops and specialty foods stores including The Whole Foods Markets.Founder and creator of Salad Girl Inc. began her journey with fresh greens early in life working as The Salad Girl in a local resort one summer, hence the name Salad Girl.
