- I created the site to offer practical ways to learn a new language. After learning 6 languages, I've experienced many different ways to learn a new language. I learned French and Hebrew at home and by immersing myself in the cultures, Italian and German in school, and the Spanish language on my own with audio programs. You can go to the bookstore and hope to stumble upon a good program. You can spend a lot of money on college or university classes, or private tutoring.
