About The Invisible Chef

My passion for great food developed and flourished in my adolescence. After having tried other ways of making a living, I soon realized that I needed to follow my heart and pursue a professional career in the culinary arts.

I attended the Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute in Ottawa for my formal culinary training in the foundations of French cuisine and went on to develop my passion and knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine working in a variety of French, Italian and Spanish restaurants in Montreal, Ottawa and finally here in Vancouver.

I have also worked in catering for two years and enjoy working closely with people to make their special events as enjoyable as possible.
