East Ridge Audio and Video is an electronics retailer in western New York State, specializing in custom audio and video, for your home, car, boat or RV. Our goal is to give our customers the most personal service at the "big box store" price. We maintain relationships with several multi-million dollar warehouses around the region. This allows us to be extremely cost competitive with our larger competitors. In doing so we are able to keep the needs of the customer as the cornerstone of our business. We continue to evolve with cutting edge technology to meet the demands of our customers.

On a more personal side, the sales and installation staff at East Ridge Audio & Video has more than 50 years of combined experience. Our car audio installers are MECP certified and our home theatre installers are CEDIA certified. Since 1998, at The Installation Shop and now at East Ridge Audio & Video, customer service is our main concern. Our extensive technical knowledge as well as non-commissioned sales approach aim to educate the customers, not sell the customers. We believe, this makes our customers much more comfortable with their purchases.

Years ago, I began competing in local car sound competitions. This interest later turned into employment at one of our competitors here in the Rochester area. I progressed up through the ranks to store management and later to car installations. It was at that time that The Installation Shop, LLC originated. The management experience I obtained was vital to the development of The Installation Shop. At East Ridge Audio & Video those years of industry experience and commitment to customer service, is evident from the top down.
