Has worked in gardens from a very early age. Years of practise in the family allotment in England resulted in a tried and tested treasure trove of little known hints and tips. Met up with Arabella May Biddle and worked on a variety of projects over quite a few years, and realised that no-one had put together any kind of guide that saved money and time in the garden while keeping organic principles firmly in mind. A long time West Coast resident, Ms Biddle is a graduate of the University of British Columbia and the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Influenced by the world-acclaimed Butcharts Gardens as well as the numerous outstanding horticultural societies and gardens in British Columbia, Washington State, Oregon, California and Arizona. Ms Biddle continued her garden research in Mexico, New England, and Ontario with a special emphasis on organic gardening. The opportunity came to investigate further in Europe and the United Kingdom, and working and experimenting with Lauren Burlington resulted in the inspiration for gardening made easy with The Cheap Lazy Gardener .
