- Geoff Donovan originally from the Boston, MA area has lived all over the country and has worked in the restaurant/bar biz in all locations. Geoff was the Chef and Consultant at Red Square in Burlington, VT. Also in Vermont Geoff worked as the Executive Chef at Hawk Inn and Mountain Resort. When Geoff moved to Iowa City he was the proprietor of the Alligator Trap a small restaurant within the Green Room. Most recently he was putting in time over at tāyst in Nashville.
