Our web-based Supply Teacher Service puts schools and teachers in direct contact, with no daily agency fee. Teachers register free by completing an online CV and choosing a daily pay rate. Schools that are subscribed to the service can search our online database to find suitable teachers.
Schools register online and pay an annual fee. On a day of staff absence, or in advance, the school performs an online search of our database. Or the school may browse a previously compiled list of favourites. A list of suitable available teachers is generated. The school picks several teachers. A text message is sent automatically to the mobile phones of the teachers they choose, giving details of the offer and an offer code. The first teacher to phone the school quoting the offer code is accepted. The school then confirms the booking online. When the teacher has completed the day's work, the school signs their timesheet and fills in a short online questionnaire. text4teachers invoices the school and pays the teacher.
Lower supply teaching costs. Conventional agencies charge a high daily fee. text4teachers charges an annual fee based on the school's size, and that's all. When choosing teachers, schools can take their daily rate of pay into consideration.*
