He is motivated by the challenges inherent in the exciting field of Cosmetic Surgery and the issues of image enhancement and self-esteem in both adults and children, and he strives to provide superior care to his and his referring physicians’ patients. Dr. Terrasse is excited by the challenge of being a top quality physician, surgeon, and mentor, and, at the same time, provide personalized care to each of his patients.
Dr. Terrasse was born and raised in southern Florida. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1979, Magna Cum Laude, with a B.S. degree in Preprofessional Studies and was elected to the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa organization at that time. He is also a 1983 graduate of Vanderbilt University Medical School. His residency training then consisted of three years of General Surgery training followed by three additional years of Plastic Surgery training at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago.
